We hold our classes at all hours of the day to fit your busy schedule.
Aqua Aerobics - Experience the freedom of exercising in the water! Improve you cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, flexibility and core stabilization in an enviornment that offers little to no impact to your skeletal structure.
Ball Blitz - This class utilizes a stability ball and will encompass core strength, balance and stretch movements accomplishing a well rounded body workout.
Burn - Burn is a high intensity session designed to not only burn calories but to burn your arms, thighs, butt and abs down to a stronger more toned physique.
Body Bar Sculpt - A great workout using weighted bars that will sculpt your arms, legs, shoulders, back and core in just 30 minutes.
Hi Low Aerobics - A great aerobic workout with the complicating choreography. Classic aerobics at its best.
High Energy - A toning and sculpting class that utilizes the step bench for cardio and weights to build muscle.
Kick & Sculpt - This class mixes kickboxing with some weight training that will target the entire body.
T.N.T (Tight and Tone) - A class designed to tighten all areas of the body and to build strong, toned muscles to increase your metobolism and incinerate calories.
W2 S.W.E.A.T - Serious Workout Equals Anna's Training... a full body workout that includes both cardiovascular training and sculpting bootcamp style. Great for all fitness levels.
Yoga - Traditional Yoga suitable modifiable for all levels from beginners to advanced students.
Zumba - A fusion of Latin and International music- dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
